Bhubaneswar, June 12 -- Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Saturday predicted heavy rainfall for several parts of Odisha in the next 24 hours.
The IMD has issued an 'Orange Warning' for seven districts- Keonjhar, Mayurbbhanj, Dhenkanal, Jajpur, Bhadrak, Balasore and Kendrapara. Similarly, heavy rain is also likely to occur in Jagatsinghpur, Cuttack, Khordha, Puri, Angul, Deogarh, Sundergarh, Sonepur, Koraput and Nabarangpur districts.
The warning will remain valid till 0830 hours of June 13 (tomorrow), the IMD said in a release.
