Bhubaneswar, Feb. 9 -- A major criminal angle has emerged in the case of the car crash at Sishu Bhawan Square in Odisha's capital, Bhubaneswar, with police confirming that the incident is linked to the alleged murder of a man earlier in the city. The development has significantly widened the scope of the investigation.

Police officials said investigations have established a connection between the overbridge crash and the murder case, prompting intensified probing into the sequence of events and the roles of those involved.

According to police sources, the car that plunged from the Sishu Bhawan Square overbridge was registered in the Brahmagiri area and was being driven by Satyabrata Pradhan, a resident of the same locality.
