Bhubaneswar, Aug. 30 -- The Commissionerate Police today arrested the man, who was caught on CCTV molesting a minor girl on road in Laxmisagar area of Bhubaneswar last week.
Earlier today, he was reportedly detained by the Commissionerate Police, that swung into action after being left red faced following delay in the probe. A complaint was filed by the victim's family in connection with the incident on August 21. The incident was first reported by OTV following which it had sparked outrage.
As per reports, police will reveal the name of the accused only after the Test Identification Parade (TIP), a process by which the identity of persons concerned with the offence under investigation or trial is ascertained.
