A Science City and a mega biotechnology park worth crores of rupees will be set up in Bhubaneswar to promote science and technology, Science & Technology Minister Krushna Chandra Patra informed on Sunday.
"The state government is implementing several initiatives to boost science and technology. As part of this effort, a Science City will be established in the Capital City. Chief Minister Mohan Majhi has approved a proposal for the allocation of 100 acres in the State Capital for the project. Currently, only a few states in India have such facilities," Minister Patra said.
