Bhubaneswar, Jan. 10 -- Urban transport in Sambalpur is set to become more robust and eco-friendly with the launch of electric bus services by Odisha CM Mohan Charan Majhi. The Chief Minister on Saturday inaugurated 25 new e-bus services in the city and announced that an additional 25 electric buses will be introduced by the end of the month, taking the total number to 50.

Furthermore, to ensure smooth and organised operations of the new fleet, a state-of-the-art bus terminal constructed at Ainthapali was also inaugurated. The terminal is expected to play a key role in managing bus services efficiently and improving the overall commuting experience for passengers.
