Sambalpur MLA Jaynarayan Mishra raised a question to the Higher Education Minister Suryabanshi Suraj regarding the long-pending mini hockey stadium project during the 35th Convocation Ceremony of Sambalpur University on Saturday.
Mishra asked in a pointed manner as to where has the mini hockey stadium has gone missing? Referring to the government's earlier promises to construct the mini hockey stadium, he expressed concern over the delay and asked why the project has not materialized so far. Mishra further emphasised that the stadium should be completed at the earliest.
