Local officials took stringent measures on Friday in Bhubaneswar's Kedarpalli against the accused in the Sahadev Nayak murder case. The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) enacted punitive action by demolishing the accused's residence under heavy police presence.
The two persons, Raja Nayak and Rahul Nayak, are still absconding. Commissionerate Police is in 'action mode' against the fugitives in a bid to curb criminal activities in the city.
