In a daylight robbery in Bolangir's Patnagarh, miscreants snatched a bag containing Rs 4 lakh from a man near Ramji Square on Monday. The incident occurred while the victim was returning after withdrawing money from the bank.
According to initial information, the culprits came on a motorcycle and targeted the victim near Ramji Square. They managed to escape after grabbing the bag containing the money.
Following a complaint, police have launched a search operation to trace and apprehend the two looters. Efforts are underway to gather more clues and nab the accused at the earliest.
