India, March 31 -- Odisha government aims to construct nearly 6,500 kilometres of roads in the State during the upcoming financial year, kicking off a comprehensive plan to build a total of around 15,000 kilometres within three years, Works Minister Prithiviraj Harichandan said on Monday.
