Bhubaneswar, Feb. 21 -- In a move that blends nostalgia with next-gen ambition, Ranbir Kapoor is reportedly scripting a new chapter for the iconic RK Studios. The actor has leased five expansive floors at the Kanakia Wall Street Commercial Building in Andheri East, Mumbai, for 20 years- signalling a bold revival of the legendary banner founded by his grandfather, Raj Kapoor, in 1948.

After the sale of the original Chembur property to Godrej Properties for Rs.180 crore, this new address could soon become the beating heart of the Kapoor creative empire.
