India, Feb. 6 -- The Twin City Commissionerate Police will launch a special drive from February 10 and impose penalties on motorists using multi-tone horns or black films in Cuttack and Bhubaneswar. The motorists will be dealt hard-handedly, an official source said on Thursday.

"Through there is legal prohibition, many motorists are still using the tinted glass or black films, multi-toned horn and musical horns posing threat to the safety of public besides, creating situations of confusion and also contributing in road accidents," the Police Commissioner said in an appeal released on Thursday.
