India, Oct. 2 -- In Gajapati district's R. Udayagiri region, heavy rainfall led to the Sankha river overflowing into Pattnaik Colony. Floodwaters have entered homes, submerged vehicles, and inundated local roads, including a footbridge that is now under high water flow.
