The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has informed that the deep depression, previously active over the Bay of Bengal, has now weakened into a depression and is currently hovering over Bangladesh. However, it continues to have a significant impact on the weather in Odisha, with the threat of thunderstorms and rainfall looming large.
