Bhubaneswar, Nov. 25 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Ayodhya on Tuesday to ceremonially hoist a saffron flag atop the spire of the newly built Ram Temple, marking the formal completion of the shrine's construction. The ceremony, widely viewed as a symbolic "second pran pratishtha," will be followed by an address to thousands of devotees and dignitaries gathered in the temple town.

According to the Prime Minister's Office, the triangular saffron flag represents dignity, unity, and cultural continuity, values closely associated with the vision of Ram Rajya. Its hoisting signifies the final declaration of the Ram Mandir's completion, nearly a year after the consecration of Ram Lalla in the garbhagriha on January 22, 2024.
