Bhubaneswar, Nov. 21 -- A fresh low-pressure system is expected to form over the southeast Bay of Bengal, bringing rain to Odisha in the last week of November, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD). A cyclonic circulation has developed over the central parts of the Malacca Strait in the southeast Bay of Bengal.
