Rahul Gandhi and Mallikarjun Kharge received a grand welcome as they arrived in Odisha on Friday to participate in the 'Samvidhan Bachao Samavesh' and other key Congress programmes. The Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha and the Congress president were greeted at Bhubaneswar airport by state leaders and hundreds of party workers, marking Gandhi's first visit to the state since the BJP formed its maiden government last year.
