A rabid dog attack in Chinchera village under Tushura police limits, Bolangir district, has claimed two lives, plunging the community into mourning. The victims, identified as 33-year-old Jogendra Chhatria, a national-level para-athlete, and 48-year-old Hrushikesh Rana, died late last night while undergoing treatment at VIMSAR Medical College and Hospital in Burla.
