In an emotional statement following the tragic death of his daughter, the father of the Puri Balanga minor burn victim revealed that his daughter 'ended her life due to mental distress.'
Through a video message, the victim's father said, "I have lost my daughter. She ended her life due to mental stress. The trauma she faced was unbearable."
The grieving father also made a heartfelt appeal to the public and political leaders: "All I want to say is that the Odisha government has done a lot for me and my family. I humbly request that everyone please do not politicize this tragedy. Instead, pray for her soul."
