Bhubaneswar, Dec. 26 -- Despite the one-month extension in the validity of the Pollution Under Control Certificate (PUCC), long queues continued to be seen across several cities in Odisha on Friday, with vehicle owners lining up from the early hours to obtain their certificates. The rush showed no signs of easing as confusion over fines, documentation requirements and OTP generation continued to affect the process.
In Balasore, residents were seen waiting in long queues with their two-wheelers for mobile pollution testing centres to arrive.
