Bhubaneswar, Feb. 5 -- President Droupadi Murmu on Wednesday laid foundation stones and inaugurated a series of development projects worth Rs 284 crore in Rairangpur, located in Odisha's Mayurbhanj district.

The projects span health, education, sports and urban infrastructure sectors, and are aimed at strengthening regional facilities and public amenities.

The President also addressed a public meeting held at the Rairangpur Kacheri ground, which was attended by state ministers, senior officials and local residents. Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Majhi was present during the programme.
