Bhubaneswar, Dec. 15 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday embarked on a three-nation tour to Jordan, Ethiopia and Oman, aimed at strengthening India's bilateral ties and deepening cooperation with key partners in West Asia and Africa.
The visit begins with Jordan from December 15 to 16, at the invitation of King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein. During his stay, Prime Minister Modi will hold talks with the Jordanian monarch to review the full spectrum of India-Jordan relations and exchange views on regional developments. The visit coincides with the 75th anniversary of diplomatic ties between the two countries and is expected to give fresh momentum to bilateral engagement.
