Bhubaneswar, Aug. 23 -- It's been hardly three days that he assumed charge as the Twin City Police Commissioner, Sudhanshu Sarangi has switched on his action mode. At a time when the smart city is witnessing a significant rise in crime incidents, the Commissioner has stated that his department will now give emphasis on new methods for crime control and investigation, the major being the utilisation of technology.
