Bhubaneswar, Jan. 4 -- The grand Patha Utsav made its return to Bhubaneswar on Sunday, bringing a range of cultural and recreational activities to the city streets. The event began at Master Canteen, where residents gathered on a chilly morning to participate in and watch music and dance programmes held in the open.
With streets temporarily converted into public activity zones, the festival once again aimed to encourage community engagement and promote outdoor cultural expression in the capital.
