Complaints were also raised about cockroaches moving across the compartment, adding to the discomfort of those on board. The situation caused widespread dissatisfaction among travellers, who voiced their grievances openly.
Alongside the issue of unclean bedding and pest infestation, passengers further alleged that the toilets had no water. The lack of basic facilities prompted strong criticism, as many passengers said they were unable to use the toilets during the journey.
