Amid Pakistan's foiled attempt to target Jammu with drones and missiles, a F-16 supersonic fighter jet of the Pakistan Air Force was reportedly shot down by an Indian surface-to-air missile defence system on Thursday.
As per sources, the fighter jet which took off from the Sargodha air base in Pakistan, a key air force station of the Pakistani Air Force, was shot down by the Indian SAM (Surface-to-air missile) near the Sargodha air base.
Importantly, the pilot of the Pakistan's F-16 fighter jet was reportedly captured alive by Indian forces.
