Bhubaneswar, Dec. 21 -- ICC has recently approved a hybrid model for the upcoming Champions Trophy next year after Indian cricket team expressed its willingness not to travel to Pakistan.
The model has also been accepted by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).
As per ICC, matches between India and Pakistan, when hosted by either country, at ICC events during the 2024-27 rights cycle will be played at a neutral venue, due to diplomatic tensions between both the countries.
In response, Pakistan batsman Ahmed Shehzad has suggested a bizarre idea to host India matches.
