JAJPUR, Dec. 7 -- Two days after being displaced for coming to school in an inebriated condition and punishing students, the accused teacher of Balia Primary School under Lembo panchayat in Sukinda block of the district was arrested today and forwarded to court.
As per reports, the accused named Makarand Mahant, posted as a mathematics teacher at the school came late to class on Wednesday. Later, he forced students to kneel down outside the premises of the institute over allegations of indiscipline behaviour.
