India, March 5 -- Orissa High Court on Wednesday conditionally allowed Santosh Raul, also known as Sarathi Baba, to visit Barimula village in Kendrapara to see his ailing brother.
The court has directed that Raul can visit Barimula to see his ailing brother once every two months without staying overnight.
Visit Conditions
As per the court's directive, Raul is permitted to meet his brother between 5:30 am and 5:30 pm. He must notify the trial court before each visit, maintaining transparency about his movements.
Gathering Restrictions
