In a shocking case of cyber defamation, Chandiprasad Mohapatra alias Papi was arrested on Thursday for creating a fake Instagram ID to malign a student leader.
The accused, a resident of Naraj under Barang police limits on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar, allegedly used abusive language and had circulated an edited audio clip to destroy the complainant student leader's social reputation.
