Bhubaneswar, June 12 -- The low pressure area over Northwest Bay of Bengal is likely to become more marked in the next 2-3 days. As per the regional centre of the India Meteorological Centre in Bhubaneswar the system is likely to move west-northwestwards across Odisha, Jharkhand and North Chhattisgarh.

Meanwhile, southwest monsoon continues to advance into state. Monsoon has covered the districts Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapada, Bhadrak and Balasore.

Moreover, the monsoon has also advanced into the remaining parts of the Puri, most parts of Nayagarh and Khurda and some parts of Cutack, Jajpur and Mayurbhanj districts.
