Bhubaneswar, Dec. 11 -- Odisha witnessed a series of violent incidents on Thursday morning, triggering panic among local residents. Cases of stabbing, shooting were reported from several parts in Odisha.

The police officials are investigating gunfire and stabbing cases in three separate districts of the state, including Angul, Ganjam, and Khordha.

Man Injured in Angul Gunfire

A gunshot incident was reported near Shikshakpada Chowk, injuring a person. The victim was initially rushed to the District Headquarters Hospital and later shifted to Cuttack's SCB Medical College and Hospital due to a critical condition.
