Bhubaneswar, July 15 -- The partial lockdown in Odisha will continue for the next two weeks till 6 am on August 1, informed Chief Secretary Suresh Mahapatra on Thursday.

However, there will be some relaxations in the lockdown conditions, Mahaparta said. The new guidelines will come into effect from 6 am on Friday.

While shops in 20 Category A district will remain open from 7 am to 8 pm, in Category B districts (coastal districts) the shops will open from 7 am to 5 pm, informed Mahapatra. As per the existing lockdown norms, shops in Category B districts are allowed to operate between 6 am and 2 pm.
