Bhubaneswar, Nov. 8 -- The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecast a gradual fall in minimum temperatures across Odisha over the next few days, with the state capital Bhubaneswar expected to record lows of around 17degC and Cuttack likely to touch 16degC by mid-next week.
The weather department has attributed the temperature decline to clear skies and prevailing dry north-easterly winds, signalling the seasonal transition toward winter conditions.
