Bhubaneswar, Feb. 21 -- Odisha is all set to witness a major evolution in both its rural and urban landscapes as Mohan Majhi-led BJP government outlines a visionary new budget. This initiative allocates a significant Rs 408 crore to establish a new metropolis in Bhubaneswar, drawing parallels to the vibrant city of Hyderabad.

The ambitious plan is to construct a new Bhubaneswar to foster economic growth and urban development, inspired by Hyderabad's success as a major IT hub. Further enhancing this vision, Odisha BJP under CM Mohan Majhi also plans to transform 15 cities into five tri-city clusters.
