Amid rising cases of diarrhoea and confirmed cholera infections, Odisha Health Secretary Aswathy S. visited Jajpur district on Monday for an extensive ground review.
According to sources, the Health Secretary conducted inspections at several hospitals before chairing a high-level review meeting at the District Collector's office. The visit comes at a time when the waterborne disease has already claimed multiple lives in the district and continues to hospitalise hundreds.
