The Odisha government has issued two official notifications promoting a total of 15 Odisha Administrative Service (OAS) officers to higher ranks on an ad hoc basis, pending recommendations from the Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC).
As per a notification issued by the General Administration & Public Grievances Department, seven officers serving in the Superior Administrative Grade (SAG) have been promoted to the rank of Special Secretary in Level-17 of the ORSP Rules, 2017.
The promoted officers are: Soojata Mishra, Lipsa Das, Sambit Kumar Navak, Kalpataru Behera, Purna Chandra Mishra, Kailash Chandra Nayak and Vedabandhu Mishra....
