Bhubaneswar, Sept. 13 -- The Bhubaneswar Meteorological Centre has predicted light to moderate rainfall at one or two places in northern Odisha but ruled out possibility of heavy rainfall activity in most other parts of the State even in the presence of a cyclonic circulation lying over Jharkhand and its neighbouring areas.

Downgrading orange warning issued for several districts of the State on Thursday, the Met centre has issued only yellow warning for Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Sundergarh, Nabarangpur and Nuapada today.
