Bhubaneswar, Feb. 10 -- In a significant move to acknowledge the contributions of Ayush doctors to the healthcare system, Odisha CM Mohan Charan Majhi has approved a salary hike for those working under the National Health Mission (NHM). This decision aims to motivate the doctors and strengthen the state's healthcare services.

According to the new decision, the salary of Ayush doctors will be increased from Rs 20,000 to Rs 40,000 per month based on their seniority.

For doctors with less than five years of service, the monthly salary will increase by Rs 20,000, bringing their minimum salary to Rs 56,948. For those with 5 to 10 years of service, the salary will rise to Rs 74,467 per month, while for doctors with 10 to 15 years of experienc...
