Bhubaneswar, April 6 -- With the temperature rising constantly, the number of sunstroke patients is increasing in the state. So far, a total of eight sunstroke patients are undergoing treatment at different hospitals.

Out of the total eight sunstroke patients undergoing treatment at several hospitals, Angul district reported a maximum of five such patients, followed by Bhubaneswar, Sundargarh and Mayurbhanj with one patient each.

Keeping the soaring temperature in view, the Health department has directed hospitals across the state to remain prepared.
