Bhubaneswar, Dec. 13 -- The Odisha government has once again entrusted Chandra Sekhar Padhi, the engineer-in-chief of the Water Resources Department, with the responsibility of Officer on Special Duty (OSD) in the department.

A government notification issued by the Water Resources Department confirmed Padhi's reappointment as OSD, highlighting the administration's confidence in his expertise and leadership.
