India, April 11 -- The Odisha government on Friday promoted at least 29 Odisha Administrative Services (OAS) (Superior Administrative Grade) officers to the rank of OAS (Special Secretary).

"Pending finalisation of the selection list on the advice of Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC), the following OAS (Superior Administrative Grade) officers are promoted to the rank of OAS (Special Secretary) on ad hoc basis, in Level-17 of the 'Pay Matrix' as specified in the First Schedule of the O.R.S.P.
