The Odisha government has granted standing permission and No Objection Certificate (NOC) to all teaching and non-teaching employees under the School and Mass Education (SME) Department, including those working in fully-aided educational institutions.
In its order released on September 13, the govt stated that its education staff will no longer be required to seek fresh approval each time they apply for jobs or appear for recruitment examinations conducted by UPSC, OPSC, OSSC, OSSSC, or the State Selection Board.
