Bhubaneswar, Feb. 6 -- The Odisha government on Thursday declared the Hindi feature film Godaan tax-free across the State. The announcement was made by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi after he attended the premiere screening of the film.

Describing Godaan as a family-oriented film with a strong social message, the Chief Minister said the movie reinforces the values of Sanatan Dharma and highlights moral and cultural principles relevant to contemporary society. He noted that the film promotes stronger bonding between children and parents while encouraging ethical values.
