TITLGARH, Dec. 7 -- As many as twelve girls from Saintala block under Titlagarh Sub-Division of Bolangir district were allegedly subjected to harassment and torture in Hyderabad. All the girls had got job offer at a hospital in Hyderabad after completing government's skill development programme in the State.
The matter came to light after the girls reached Odisha and lodged a complaint with the officials of Odisha Rural Development and Marketing Society (ORMAS).
As per reports, the girls underwent training in Upasana Training Centre in Khurda and were given placements in a hospital in Hyderabad. However, they were made to clean toilets at the hospital and were forced to work as labourers, alleged the girls.
