Bhubaneswar, Dec. 17 -- Serious allegations surfaced on Wednesday against Dr Rabin Ratan, a doctor at Nayagarh district headquarters hospital (DHH), accusing him of verbal abuse and intimidation. The doctor has allegedly been misbehaving with patients and hospital staff.

Dr Ratan often behaves in this manner, but the recent case occurred yesterday.

According to complaints, patients who visited the hospital for treatment were shouted at, intimidated with aggressive gestures, and subjected to verbal abuse. Hospital employees were also allegedly treated rudely.
