Bhubaneswar, Jan. 26 -- Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Majhi on Monday took a dig at the previous government, asserting that his administration is focused on developing infrastructure-rich schools rather than merely repainting buildings, while remaining committed to delivering quality education across the state.
