Bhubaneswar, Jan. 23 -- Cuttack: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Saturday paid rich tributes to Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose on his 125th anniversary, which is observed across the country as 'Parakram Diwas.'

Patnaik unfurled the National Flag at the Netaji Birth Place Museum at Odia Bazar. Elaborate security measures were undertaken by Commissionerate Police for the Chief Minister's Cuttack visit today.
