Bhubaneswar, July 1 -- Ratna Bhandar, the treasure trove of Lord Jagannath, will be opened soon, said Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Majhi on Sunday. He said this while addressing a special function organised in Bhubaneswar to felicitate newly elected BJP MPs and MLAs. The chief minister made it clear that stern action would be taken against those found guilty in Ratna Bhandar lapses.During his address, Majhi cited that earlier no funds were allocated neither was any work done to streamline rituals and other Puri Jagannath temple management.
