A total of 17 projects to a tune of Rs 3,878.86 crore were approved by Odisha government on Friday across the key sectors including plastics, textiles, ESDM, food processing, power, tourism, logistics, textiles & apparel, chemicals and steel etc. The projects are expected to generate 10,584 new employment opportunities across 11 districts of the State.
According to official sources, in a significant boost to the State's industrial landscape, 137th State Level Single Window Clearance Authority (SLSWCA), chaired by Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja, has approved 17 investment proposals worth Rs 3,878.86 crore.
