India, Feb. 8 -- The Odisha government has approved the Antyodaya Gruha Yojana that aims at providing pucca house to the eligible household left out from the ongoing housing scheme, victim of natural/man-made calamities, household displaced due to development project, differently-abled person who is the main earning member of the family and FRA beneficiaries and those who qualify for but have not yet benefited from prior housing schemes.

Eligible families will receive financial assistance amounting to Rs 1.2 lakh for constructing a 25 square metre house, excluding the area identified for toilets.
